Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence for enterprise transformation
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' with R&D, product, and policy teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Author visionary thought leadership published in industry journals and global forums
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational readiness for 2026 technological inflection points
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and integrate exponential technologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning for complex global systems (climate, geopolitics, tech)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Published author or keynote speaker at Davos, TED, or equivalent futurist forums
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ enterprise transformations using horizon-scanning methodologies
