Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Futures Roadmap using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize technological, social, and economic signals into coherent future narratives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts (AI ethics, quantum computing applications, biotech convergence)
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on emerging paradigm shifts
- Establish metrics for tracking exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Strong proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, cross-impact matrices)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization capabilities for complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or strategic frameworks
