Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework, identifying disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives to prepare the organization for alternative futures
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to integrate foresight into roadmaps
- Produce trend reports and horizon scans with quantifiable impact assessments
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational future-readiness
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., SFIA, WFS)
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and trend analysis platforms
- Portfolio showcasing future-proofing projects for Fortune 500 companies
