- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with strategic impact
- Present future-vision insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling data-driven narratives
- Design and implement innovation incubation programs for 2026-era opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and thought leaders
- Author annual 'Future State' reports influencing company-wide strategic decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications (AI, Web3, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, Technology, or related field
- Experience leading high-impact innovation initiatives from ideation to implementation
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
