Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 foresight framework scanning technological, economic, and societal megatrends
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership, translating future insights into actionable strategies
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and global innovation hubs
- Design and deploy predictive analytics models to quantify future market opportunities
- Author thought leadership reports on disruptive forces shaping post-2025 industries
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies
- Quantify strategic risks and opportunities using probabilistic forecasting techniques
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and technical teams
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
