Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Horizon Scenarios mapping disruptive market shifts across 15+ industries
- Lead cross-functional Future Labs workshops with Fortune 500 clients to co-create 2026 strategic roadmaps
- Establish proprietary foresight methodology using predictive analytics, sentiment mining, and expert networks
- Author thought leadership positioning Horizon Dynamics as the definitive authority on 2026 business transformation
- Direct a $5M innovation portfolio targeting 2026 commercialization opportunities
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Architects leadership program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (or equivalent professional certification)
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Published thought leadership on transformative technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies with measurable ROI
- Deep network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Exceptional data visualization skills for communicating complex future scenarios
