Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term organizational resilience and growth
- Champion innovation initiatives by synthesizing complex data into compelling narratives for executive decision-making
- Establish and nurture partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry thought leaders
- Design and implement strategic foresight methodologies across global business units
- Mentor high-potential talent in future-focused leadership capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (Ph.D. preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory roles
- Proven expertise in futures research methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning, weak signal detection)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Global mindset with experience across diverse cultural and economic contexts
