Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven impact on shaping future-facing products (portfolio required)
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures, neuro-symbolic AI, and decentralized systems
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures studies journals or equivalent thought leadership
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams across 3+ time zones
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis) and scenario planning tools
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Complexity Theory, or relevant hard science field
- Security clearance eligibility for government partnership projects
