Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast industry disruptions by 2026
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align C-suite teams on future-ready technology investments
- Build partnerships with research institutions, startups, and think tanks to scout breakthrough innovations
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product development plans
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and investors through compelling narratives
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in technology or strategy publications
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and rapid prototyping
