Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation and align stakeholders on future vision
- Author forward-looking reports on technological disruption and competitive positioning
- Partner with product teams to incubate next-generation solutions and services
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or Futurism; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with actionable business impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
