Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and forecast market impacts through 2030
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and future market demands
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation and align stakeholders on future vision
- Monitor global tech ecosystems and identify partnership opportunities for competitive advantage
- Author executive reports on technology trends and their implications for our industry
- Champion a culture of innovation through thought leadership and internal education programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years in strategic planning, technology forecasting, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies with proven track record of trend analysis
- Exceptional strategic thinking and executive communication skills
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., foresight methodology) a plus
- Demonstrated ability to influence leadership and drive cross-functional initiatives
