What You'll Accomplish:

You'll develop scenario-based models for 2026 technology adoption, lead cross-functional innovation sprints, and present strategic recommendations to our board of directors. Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and map emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop scenario-based models for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present technology roadmaps and innovation strategies to C-suite executives and investors
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership content on technology megatrends
- Drive patent development for breakthrough innovations in sustainable AI and robotics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight or innovation strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams from ideation to product launch
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for trend analysis
