- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning emerging technologies with business objectives
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership on future societal and industry shifts
- Produce thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) establishing our industry foresight authority
- Advise on R&D investments and partnerships in exponential technologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and strategic adaptation
- Monitor geopolitical and ethical implications of technological advancements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation journals
