What You'll Do:
- Research and analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive reports
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology implementation
Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global technology trends to inform strategic planning
- Develop long-term technology roadmaps spanning 3-5 years
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops and hackathons
- Monitor competitive landscapes and disruptor technologies
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and research labs
- Develop KPIs for measuring future-readiness across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven experience with scenario planning and future modeling
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Strong data analytics and visualization skills (Python, Tableau preferred)
- Executive communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
