Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap for quantum-AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on exponential technologies (nanotech, synthetic biology, Web4.0)
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on emerging tech risks/opportunities
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and global innovation accelerators
- Mentor a team of 15 futurists and data scientists in predictive modeling techniques
- Author industry-defining white papers on the societal impact of 2026 technology trends
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough technologies ($50M+ valuation)
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, technology roadmapping)
- Published research in Nature Futures or IEEE Spectrum on exponential technologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, generative AI, and neurotech convergence
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on 5-10 year tech disruption scenarios
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and predictive analytics platforms
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
