As a key member of our executive innovation team, you'll collaborate with C-suite leaders, research labs, and industry disruptors to map the evolution of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech. You'll translate complex technological trajectories into actionable roadmaps while championing ethical innovation and human-centric design principles.
Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technology trends through horizon scanning, market research, and scenario modeling
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption across enterprise divisions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology priorities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership content and represent InnovateX at global tech forums
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible innovation and AI governance
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for potential partnerships or acquisitions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech innovation ecosystems
