Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and organizational vision
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to investors, board members, and industry stakeholders
- Build and manage an elite futurist research lab with $2M+ annual budget
- Pioneer patent-pending methodologies for technology adoption forecasting
- Mentor next-generation talent in strategic innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurist or foresight roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neuromorphic computing)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (Nature, MIT Tech Review)
