Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum AI, neurotech interfaces, and carbon-negative computing
- Shape innovation policy recommendations for federal technology initiatives (CHIPS Act, AI Bill of Rights)
- Establish strategic partnerships with DARPA, NASA, and global tech accelerators
- Author seminal research publications on ethical AI governance and technological singularity preparedness
- Direct $50M+ innovation portfolio allocation across emerging verticals
- Mentor C-suite executives on technological disruption mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology with 8+ years applied tech strategy experience
- Published author in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum computing (H-index >30)
- Proven track record advising Fortune 100 boards on technological disruption
- Deep expertise in ISO 20700 tech foresight standards and Delphi methodology
- Security clearance eligibility for classified innovation projects
- Fluency in Python, R, and scenario modeling tools (e.g., Gartner Peer Insights)
- Keynote speaker at 3+ major global tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, TC Disrupt) since 2020
