Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to inform strategic roadmaps for 2026+
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Develop scenario-planning models for disruptive market forces
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech paradigms
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and critical thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing tech roadmaps with 3+ year horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Certification in futures methodology (e.g., CFP, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and design thinking
