Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI governance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation with business objectives
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging tech disruptions for industry conferences
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio including venture scouting and startup incubation
- Design ethical AI deployment protocols for autonomous systems and human augmentation
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and global tech policy summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with proven experience in exponential technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology from top-tier institution
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on AI ethics or quantum applications
- Track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to billion-dollar adoption
- Deep knowledge of regulatory landscapes in US/EU/Asia for emerging tech
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (IBM/Qiskit preferred)
