You'll have the autonomy to pilot experimental projects and shape our five-year innovation pipeline while mentoring next-gen talent.
Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-generation AI and biometric technologies
- Mentor junior researchers through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI frameworks, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
