Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) and market shifts to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-gen products and services for 2026 market readiness
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for innovation initiatives with 3-5 year horizons
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions and validate market hypotheses
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with 2026+ vision
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, AI, biotech) and regulatory landscapes
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism (required)
