Responsibilities

- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and future market demands
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with engineering, product, and research teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation pipeline maturity
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify promising future-tech startups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record forecasting technology trends with documented market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
