- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture capital teams
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic labs and government innovation initiatives
- Quantify ROI for speculative technologies through scenario modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on future-facing initiatives
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) and their business applications
- Strong background in futures methodology (horizon scanning, Delphi techniques, scenario planning)
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption and digital transformation
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
