Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight framework, identifying paradigm-shifting innovations across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead strategic scenario planning for global tech disruption, producing actionable whitepapers for C-suite executives
- Architect human-centric technology roadmaps ensuring ethical alignment with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and incubate breakthrough startups solving 2026-era challenges
- Deliver keynote presentations at Davos, CES, and other future-focused summits representing our thought leadership
- Establish cross-industry coalitions to accelerate responsible adoption of exponential technologies
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers while publishing breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Technology Strategy with 10+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting tech trends with documented impact (e.g., patents, policy changes)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional systems thinking ability to model complex global scenarios across 15+ variables
- Experience advising Fortune 500 CTOs and government technology boards on strategic transformation
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism journals or bestselling technology strategy books
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic with demonstrated cross-cultural foresight methodology application
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ major technology commercializations from concept to market leadership
