Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with corporate objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable energy) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech forums
- Collaborate with R&D teams to accelerate commercialization of breakthrough technologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-ready talent pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, futurism, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic innovations
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven scenario modeling experience
- Global network of tech innovators and industry thought leaders
- Published author or speaker at major conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
