Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning and horizon scanning for emerging technologies with global industry partners
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Manage portfolio of moonshot projects with $10M+ R&D budgets and cross-functional teams
- Pioneer new frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation governance
- Present technology forecasts to Fortune 500 clients and government agencies
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Innovation Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting with proven portfolio impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, neurotech, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption and digital transformation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Future Studies (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, cross-impact matrices)
- Track record of securing $5M+ in innovation funding or grants
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
