Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Futuristic Systems Architect (2026) to lead the development of next-generation infrastructure for the AI and Quantum Computing era. At Apex Horizon Labs, we are not just building software; we are architecting the digital reality of the year 2026 and beyond. You will be at the forefront of integrating neural networks with quantum algorithms, ensuring our platforms are scalable, secure, and infinitely adaptable.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical advanced computing and practical engineering. If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what is possible in software architecture and want to define the technological landscape of the future, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable system architectures that support advanced AI models and quantum processing units.
- Lead the migration of legacy monolithic systems to microservices and edge-computing frameworks optimized for 2026 standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate futuristic concepts into production-ready code.
- Ensure high availability and security compliance across all distributed cloud infrastructure.
- Drive technical innovation by researching emerging technologies in neural architecture search and neuromorphic computing.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish coding standards for next-gen development environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Quantum Mechanics.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and specialized quantum computing languages (e.g., Q# or Qiskit).
- Proven track record of designing systems that handle high-volume, low-latency data processing.
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and serverless computing paradigms.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices in decentralized network environments.
