- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks across 3+ industry verticals
- Present breakthrough prototypes at global tech conferences (Web Summit, CES)
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging tech ethics and sustainable innovation
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Futuristic Systems Design
- 5+ years leading R&D initiatives with $5M+ budgets
- Published research in Nature/Science on 2026-readiness technologies
- Expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic engineering, or bio-inspired computing
- Track record of commercializing 3+ breakthrough technologies
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
- Security clearance for classified government projects (preferred)
