- Manage R&D budget allocation for experimental technology incubation projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of ethical implications and regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Experience with agile development in experimental technology environments
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
