Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and execute a comprehensive technology and operational strategy aligned with the company's long-term vision for the year 2026.
- Innovation Leadership: Lead internal R&D initiatives and pilot programs for emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Green Tech) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Operational Excellence: Overhaul legacy systems and implement scalable operational frameworks that support rapid scaling and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to C-suite executives and board members to secure buy-in and resource allocation.
- Future Workforce Planning: Design workforce development programs and talent acquisition strategies to build teams proficient in next-generation skills.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to anticipate shifts and position Nexus Horizon Group as an industry leader.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in a senior leadership role within a technology-driven organization, with at least 5 years in strategic planning or operations.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, specifically regarding AI integration, cloud architecture, and digital transformation trends.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully defining and executing long-term strategic roadmaps.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams and drive cultural change within an organization.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
