Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, focusing on AGI, Neural Interfaces, and Quantum Computing.
- Lead a team of elite engineers and data scientists in R&D initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic tech into current product lines.
- Identify emerging market trends and opportunities for disruptive innovation.
- Present strategic visions to C-level executives and board members.
- Oversee patent filings and intellectual property strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Strategic Technology roles.
- Proven track record of leading innovation teams in high-growth environments.
- Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of emerging tech trends (GenAI, BioTech, Robotics).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Experience in the US market is highly preferred.
