Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with the company's 2026 roadmap, identifying emerging technologies and market opportunities.
- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a world-class team of AI researchers, data scientists, and software engineers.
- Technical Oversight: Oversee the research and development of advanced algorithms, including generative models, predictive analytics, and natural language processing.
- Partnerships: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate technical capabilities into scalable business solutions.
- Ethical Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous ethical guidelines and compliance standards to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Infrastructure: Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance AI infrastructure to support enterprise-grade applications.
- Innovation: Foster a culture of continuous innovation, staying ahead of industry trends such as quantum computing and neuromorphic engineering.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to define long-term technical roadmaps and drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving complex, high-stakes engineering challenges.
- Agility: Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with a focus on rapid prototyping and iteration.
