Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies relevant to 2026 and beyond.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 5-year technology roadmap, specifically focusing on the 2026 execution phase.
- Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to integrate emerging tech solutions into our core architecture.
- Pitch the 2026 vision to stakeholders, investors, and partners to secure buy-in and funding for innovation initiatives.
- Evaluate partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions.
- Lead internal workshops to foster a culture of innovation and forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or product strategy within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of forecasting long-term tech trends and successfully implementing roadmap strategies.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
