- Lead Research and Development (R&D) initiatives in Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Extended Reality.
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends to drive competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical vision with corporate strategy.
- Oversee a team of futurists, engineers, and strategists.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technical leadership or strategic roles.
- Proven experience in emerging technology strategy and implementation.
- Strong background in AI/ML and data-driven decision making.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects with long-term horizons.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (Master’s preferred).
