Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create a comprehensive strategic vision for the next three years, aligning technical capabilities with business growth.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research and development projects focusing on next-generation tech stacks and emerging platforms.
- Trend Forecasting: Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) that could impact the market landscape by 2026.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with key tech innovators, research institutions, and thought leaders.
- Executive Communication: Present complex technical strategies to the C-Suite and Board of Directors in a clear, compelling manner.
- Innovation Implementation: Oversee the pilot programs and integration of new technologies into existing product lines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the technology sector, with at least 3 years in a strategic planning capacity.
- Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and digital transformation trends.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and successfully implementing them to drive business value.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale budgets.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
