Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and drive the comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our business goals for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Trend Analysis: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Neuro-interfaces) that could disrupt our industry within the next 2-3 years.
- Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture relationships with key technology partners, startups, and academic institutions to foster innovation.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee the strategic direction of our internal innovation labs, allocating resources to high-potential experimental projects.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, board members, and the wider market.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor technology stacks and market shifts to maintain a first-mover advantage.
- Future-Proofing: Assess legacy systems and develop migration strategies to ensure our infrastructure is resilient for the future.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying emerging technology trends and successfully implementing long-term strategic initiatives.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and upcoming technologies, including AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and Blockchain.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
- Creativity: A forward-thinking mindset with a willingness to take calculated risks on unproven technologies.
