Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmap, aligning business goals with technological advancements and market trends.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Innovation Leadership: Lead cross-functional innovation sprints and R&D initiatives focused on future-ready solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex strategic visions to executive stakeholders and translate them into actionable business plans.
- Change Management: Drive organizational transformation strategies to ensure the company is agile and prepared for 2026 market shifts.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and global economic shifts to adjust strategies proactively.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Management, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of current and future technologies, specifically AI, machine learning, and digital transformation frameworks.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage high-level stakeholder relationships.
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional analytical skills with a demonstrated track record of forecasting market trends and driving business growth.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to a broad audience.
