Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Develop and communicate a long-term SEO roadmap aligned with business objectives, specifically focusing on 2026 trends in AI and voice search.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a world-class SEO team, fostering a culture of data-driven innovation.
- Technical Excellence: Oversee enterprise-level technical SEO initiatives, including site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and schema implementation.
- Content Strategy: Partner with content teams to develop data-backed content strategies that answer complex user intent.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in SEO, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management role.
