Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term innovation goals with business objectives.
- Identify emerging trends (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing, Spatial Computing) and assess their potential impact on our industry.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching, prototyping, and validating future-state technologies.
- Present strategic innovation proposals to the Board of Directors and C-Suite executives.
- Establish partnerships with key technology vendors and research institutions.
- Oversee the transition of experimental concepts into scalable production systems.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and futurist thinking across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, product management, or futurist consulting.
- Proven track record of defining and delivering multi-year technology roadmaps (5+ years planning horizon).
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their business applications.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets in excess of $5M and leading large-scale innovation initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in fostering a culture of experimentation and agility.
