- Deliver personalized care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document health status changes

- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and family members

- Adhere to Alaska state healthcare regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Alaska Home Health Aide certification required
- Minimum 2 years professional caregiving experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
