Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Monitor client health and report any changes to the nursing supervisor.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to clients.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments or errands as needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean living environment for clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current California Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred.
- Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
