Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor patient vital signs and document health changes
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and light housekeeping
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Transport patients to medical appointments when necessary
Qualifications
- Current Washington State HHA certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
- Compassionate attitude with respect for patient dignity
