Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Monitor vital signs and document client observations
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Maintain accurate care records and communication logs
Qualifications
- Current Arizona HHA certification or CNA license required
- Minimum 1 year home healthcare experience preferred
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable vehicle
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Compassionate attitude and patience working with seniors
