Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with proper dietary intake
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to clinical staff
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Maintain accurate care documentation and client records
- Comply with HIPAA and Missouri home care regulations
Qualifications
- Missouri state HHA certification or CNA license required
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Background check and TB test clearance
