Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulationPrepare and serve nutritious meals
- Administer prescribed medications
- Monitor vital signs and health status
- Light housekeeping and laundry services
- Transport clients to appointments
- Maintain accurate care records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year home health experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Maryland HHA license or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Background check clearance
- Fluent in English (Spanish a plus)
