Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain safe client environments
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to clinical staff
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Administer medications under supervision with proper documentation
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance client well-being
Qualifications
- Current Colorado HHA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
