Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as toileting, transferring, and mobility support.
- Monitor client health status and report any changes or concerns to the registered nurse or supervisor immediately.
- Prepare light meals and assist with medication reminders as directed.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, social activities, and errands.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for the client.
Qualifications
- Current state certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate demeanor.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to submit to a TB test and physical exam.
