Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor vital signs and document observations accurately
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and light housekeeping duties
- Administer prescribed medications under proper supervision
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Maintain clean and safe home environments for clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Current CPR/First Aid certification required
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass thorough background checks and TB screening
- Strong communication skills and empathy for elderly clients
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
