Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document client health status using provided equipment
- Assist with medication administration and medical device operation (all equipment supplied)
- Prepare nutritious meals and perform light housekeeping duties
- Transport clients to appointments using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate care records and report changes to clinical team
- Adhere to all HIPAA and OSHA regulations with provided safety gear
Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma Home Health Aide certification required
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper body mechanics
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
